And I wasn't going to do less than a week but realized, since I am not very booked up right now, that offering 3 nights or more would get me some weekend people and some reviews, and i can charge the same cleaning fee after 3 nights or 7 nights and my cleaning lady is just as happy to have more work.Of course, I don't have as nice a house as you, I would bet!

Rental income would be more than sufficient to cover mortgage, insurance, taxes and repairs (although it was just went through so no big costs "should" come up). Right

You can think of it as if you were in a public park, where folks carry their plastic bags and/or scoopers with them when taking their dogs out, and pick it up right after it drops.

I think they are really for older homes where you can't get duct work where needed or for smaller spaces like a room above a garage, but would probably work for a whole home if set up right like @Jeremy Tillotson  said.
