Hi everyone,I’m eager to start my journey as an Airbnb co-host and am currently learning the ropes through YouTube videos and some purchased programs.

So, it begins.A wholesaler on youtube, states that a close friend of his inadvertently has gotten wrapped up in a very serious investigation. 

Nothing, and I mean nothing, can be learned from these events that cannot be learned through trial and error, attending LOCAL workshops/meetups, and in the recent decade, Youtube/Twitter.All for Bigger Pockets to earn $$$, but these events are a waste of money and time.

In Valencia we have multiple flips that we are now finishing (a building and a garage that we are transforming into apartments).

I would recommend looking up Tax Toby/Toby Mathis on YouTube.

I know that I could look on YouTube news and I believe I can call planning and development but they only go so far.

Toby Mathis has many videos on YouTube with great info, so you may be able to find some information on there.
