I was trained to sell a specific type of insurance in a specific way - targeting high paid professionals who would use it for retirement.  

You really need a training wheels type property to get moving & learn the business.

I just counted 23 support tickets I have open right now 😑 Avoid guesty all costs.   

I also stated that if they harmed the home in the process of these repairs, by not using a licensed and trained professional, it would cost me extra.They responded saying they don't feel I can unilaterally request that a tenant not make these repairs, and they would not notify the tenant to cease work.As it stands, I am allowed to have a contractor who is competent look at the job, quote it, but I am not allowed to do the work with that person, until the tenant has had a shot at it.I cannot believe how basically unprofessional, and dangerous this situation is for all parties involved and want confirmation as the woman who works at this management company has no legal degree, and is constantly attempting to wave the legal flag like an expert.

I agree that licensed agents will rat you out, as they should (my opinion)...licensed agents have dedicated lots of money, time, and training to hold the real estate license. 

,I have tenant who is troubling for weeks. He created lot of issues saying mold in the property recently. PM gave him 60 days notice to vacate few weeks back. I am waiting for those 60 days to complete as soon as poss...

I will be attending training there that lasts roughly 12 months.

The other big part of this is that currently there's no great way to get to the stadium besides by car on I 95 if you're coming from the suburbs or by 76 which both get extremely backed up.With the stadium beating at this location people from the suburbs can hop on to their local train station and get right into the Jefferson Station right at the proposed stadium location.
