@Will Greenlee there is no perfect PM software, unfortunately.We use one of the most flexible, but it has a long learning curve and we'd still like to see many improvements.

Focus on Education and NetworkingBuild your knowledge: Continue learning about different real estate investing strategies and market trends to make informed decisions.Connect with other investors: Network with experienced investors in your area to gain insights and potentially find partnership opportunities.    

So loan it is.A few thoughts/questions on my mind that I hope to learn as I continue my real estate journey:1.

I'm now where you were back in 2021, learning about DSTs for a 1031 exchange.  

Removing the emotion is a skill that is learned and gets easier over time.

I think spending some time and resources on learning the House-hack or Flip strategies would be a game changer.

I can share my learnings, so that you are aware of what to avoid, specially when you are out of state.

Has become super common with these wholesalers learning how to create terms on deals that have been sitting on market for a while. 

They are a great way to learn the day to day of the PM world.
