Even finding 1 is tough in todays market, let alone 3!

Today I had a new situation and obviously can't advise on tax/legal matters, but hoping to get some insight from the community.Managing a property for a client who divorced her domestic partner last year.

We can't make people clean up after themselves and keep things as we would but the day to day dealing with voucher tenants is not the worst. 

The fact I can go to my kid's golf game today, yet still catch a vendor overcharging me $81 the day before on a SFR in Georgia makes me feel the systems that are in place, plus the ability to manage sacrifices has paid off.I've had the same team in most of businesses for almost 8 years, and have a growing RE team that continue to impress me. 

Today’s value is somewhere between $19,500 - $22,000 per acre.

I did the partnership for the same reason investors do them today.  

Today I will look to make sure that property is optimized on Airbnb. 

Promote Structure - This is usually if you guys have 1 person who handles the majority of the business and the day-to-day operations.

The discussions we see repeated today differ from four years ago because the market has changed. 

Fast forward to today, and we still have the same tenants for about the past 10yrs now.
