This way you do not necessarily need to identify a new property within the time limit.

Those who have figured this out have earned my firm's business; I'm not willing to be held hostage by 'process.'

I have been doing these type of loans for 30 plus years and buying foreclosures since the late 70s.. seen it time and again  ..

So not as easy and moving every two years if you have had the properties for any length of time.

The leads are available to all of the people who use those platforms and they are made available to all those people at exactly the same time because its inherent in there business model.
