We continued to lower the price, eventually dropping it down to $420k, which was significantly lower than the initial estimate.This was a tough pill to swallow for both my client and myself, as we knew that the property was worth more than what it was currently being listed for.

Outside of Levitt linking legalized abortion to the drop in crime (a hard pill to swallow for even pro-choicers), not many have a good explanation for the drop in crime (we at similar rates as the 1950s which is hard to believe the good ole 50s had the amount of crime we do now).

I can live in the wilderness with nothing more than a gun, knife, sleeping bag, tent and water disinfecting pills (giardia is nothing to mess with).
