I think asset prices will continue to grow, areas where millennials can buy affordable real estate will be where I'm setting my sights on.  

I think you will gain a lot there.

I'd say visitors do usually use more power than you'd think but that does seem somewhat high.

I think starting out I want to work in the Indiana Area until I get a better grasp of all this.

I think I'll start out where I live and probably branch out outnof state once I build my knowledge and experience. 

So I've been thinking of joining the Air Force for 4 years, during those 4 years I would buy 3-4 unit properties which later after the 4 years I can get into Commericial real estate by doing a 1031 exchange or getting loans from private investors so that I can buy bigger multi-family properties.

I think too many people get into this and struggle for too long before realizing that they not been properly trained and potentially could have dramatically shortened the learning curve.
