There is plenty to do, amazing wineries, casinos, live music, theater, great restaurants, and tons of parks.

37 units, 5 story, no basement, flat roof, has the 1980's required retrofits that connect the floor/ceiling joists to the metal plates on the outside along with the other reinforcement beams on the inside of the walls and the parapets reinforced with large angle irons on the roof, has several cripple walls in the roof space, and a few windows at the front lobby bricked up.

@Mark Ostertag this is latest update from local expertise property manager and investor:This is serious - This is no JokeWELL, it happened, even with intense lobby at Albany and it was done practically stealth style!

I searched hobby lobby and Lowes, they sell a sign for $15 per, which I feel like is a lil high.

It seems to me the current landlord lobbying groups are either incompetent, ineffective or are just serving large apartment owners in collusion with the city in a effort for “regulatory capture”.

They don't ever happen in Police precincts or on gun club ranges; they mostly occur in places (schools, theaters, malls, concerts) where there are NO WEAPONS ALLOWED policies.  

If you can join the board I would do that and see what concerns people have about rentals and identify if you can provide any facts to overcome it and lobby for more rentals.

For either you need a program (list of spaces: reception, lobby, toilet rooms, etc.; how many desks/people to be served, as well as desired styling: contemporary, open office, the like). 

If zoning is the issue, would that take a lobbying effort to get the zoning laws changed to be more accomodating to these efforts?
