Tax sales are a balancing act among (1) the need of government to collect property taxes and, if owners will not pay then, then to provide incentives for investors to purchase the tax rights and (2) investors, who need an attractive return for the risk they are taking, and (3) citizen taxpayers, who should not lose their property and all equity because of small debts and perhaps temporary or at least relatively short term financial difficulties.

Another avenue to explore are with any real estate agents you know as they may have clients that need a temporary space until their home is ready to close on. 

We have $100k cash right now and we're trying to figure out if it's worth it to put the cash we have into refinancing Property 2 based on income generated, decreased value, etc.

Only thing I need now is try and decrease the amount of time it takes me to walk through a property and populate the data.  

I realigned the lock and the bore in the jam and the amount of jamming has decreased and the battery life has increased. 

The house was built in 1890 so it has field stone foundation and we noticed some joists in the cellar like they’ve tried to temporary solve this problem.

@Matthew Perez @Mason Weiss Hey Angelica, insurance companies will look for temporary housing depending on a housing claim that they are working through.

Then it’s all infinite cashflow once I use the rental income to pay off these temporary loans.

First cost decreases always lag cost increases in terms of speed of change.

LA didn't have as much of an upswing in home values over the last ten years compared to the other areas but I also don't want to buy at the top of the market (which is San Diego right now, although may be doubtful it decreases - some places up 110%).
