My immediate response is always to tell someone to pick up the telephone and call.

I did some calling around, I did some networking, I visited a few office buildings, and I scheduled a few telephone meetings to find a realtor that I felt comfortable with.

I think you should eliminate management due to your living there, between Biggerpockets, a friend like me and a few attorney resources who consult via telephone you can self manage with little worry. 

I happen to live in North County Inland, and you are very close to me, so if you ever want to hop on a telephone call to go over numbers, that is what I happen to do pretty well.
