I worked as a Maintenance Tech for Essex Property Trust at The Highlands at Wynhaven apartment complex in Issaquah Washington for 2.5 years to learn how to tackle the problems that arise with rentals on a large scale, but not really knowing what my goals or vision was.

Additionally, I'm not even sure how I'd tackle that legally if I did try to recoup any unpaid rent from three different cosigners. 

I’m good at Tiling and really like it actually, I CAN do a lot of the work, but 2300 sqft is quite a lot to tackle alone.

I was going to recommend mailchimp.com as well but it seemed to indicate it was not allowed as part of the spamming rules.

I’ve been educating myself and was trying to tackle the aspect as a wholesaler but I’m just not sure it’s for me.
