As I quit claim deed each property from my personal name to the specific LLC, I also want to ensure the insurance on each property follows suit.

Typically Credit Unions are good sources of capital for Lines of credit but when it comes to refinancing there seems to be quite a bit of red tape.You want to work with a broker who essentially has the entire mortgage industry in the palm of their hand and can put you into the product best suited to meet your needs.

I know for a fact other people in this city are leasing out garage suites, basements, etc.

The Investment I’m looking at is a  3 bed 1 bath and has a really nice already running Airbnb 1bed/1bath guest suite that generates an average of $1500/Month.

However, it is looking like some properties I built with a business partner would be best suited for Section 8.

I do know an independent landlord in our area that has one duplex and a fair housing organization filed a suit against him two years ago and he has had to defend it.  

Sometimes it is startegy, sometimes construction issues, almost always landlording skills.The issue is that most agents are not suited to work with investors.

If I remember the "new" system it was much like how LA does it (Sell tax lien, 3 year redemption period, once redemption period expires file suit to quiet title and get a judgement.) 

Possible bring a suit against both of them?
