With the level of opportunity I have and my ability to put together deals, I believe my time would be better spent Sourcing Deals & Funding, however my stubborn Firefighter/DIY mindset is making hiring a PM a tough decision for me.From the outside looking in, do you use a PM on your properties and do you think it would be beneficial to:A.

I find most investors, agents, brokers and especially wholesalers give up on stubborn,hold my ground home owners that wont budge off the above market value asking price they set, leaving little room to make money off a deal.

It beached this week during a severe sandstorm, blocking the 120-mile Suez Canal, and stubbornly refusing to budge.

If the neighbor is that stubborn and isn't going to budge, cut out the headache and just rent it for a 1 year lease and see where ti goes from there.Battling with the city (which isn't going to do anything) and battling the neighbor (which will probably upset him more and make him even MORE stubborn) is just going to make everything worse.

@Sophia Wang  its usually some emotional event were they get stubborn and are in arrears and your saving them from losing it.
