It seems really limited to searches on a street by street, parcel by parcel basis. 

D)  The street address number for the subject property wasn't supplied even after I purchased the lead. 

Their vehicles were always out in the street in the way of the automatic trash trucks on trash day. 

For the properties where I do use my property manager,  I have to admit that I enjoy that those properties are very passive and I couldn’t even tell you what my tenant looks like if I passed them on the street I just collect a check every month which is very nice. 

Trash on the street is terrible.

Everyone has made great points but one thing that's missing is Wall Street.

Well I own one on Union Street, not far from that property.

We were at the 75k plus 20- 30k reno, entirely different world paying 30kish more  Bob the houses you showed me were in SOJACK and one was on a terrible street had you been in them 100k you would have lost your butt..

Houses have flipped on my street for $MM - bought at 400k and sold at 1.7M or bought at 800k and sold for 3.2M, etc...We can either add a second floor and invest a lot (OPM) and sell or invest a little (our equity) not add a 2nd floor and rent it out to keep it for future sake.

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!
