I prefer getting there 20 minutes early to set the thermostat to a comfortable temp, turn all the lights on, pick up any trash in the yard, sweep the front step, kill the spider on the counter, fix the running toilet, take care of any strange odors, ask the neighbor to stop smoking weed/shut their dogs/kids up/ stop screaming at each other, etc. 

The insurance company did drop me right after doing all the work though, which I found to be strange after they just spent all that money fixing up my house . 

I'm currently trying to sell it, and some strange issues have come up.The house is a single-family according to the County, but shares a driveway with two townhouses, and the developer set it up as a condominium complex in the legal description. 

I know its a strange front entrance but budget does not allow me to move it so we are doing landscaping and painting.I hate yellow but I cannot figure another color to go with all this orange brick/roof

I’m glad I waited a little bit because I knew what liabilities were there but was also excited AF and got a lot of really strange deals done that I wouldn’t normally jump at now.

As strange as it may sound, you want to be scared until you have to push yourself to new levels to experience fear again.

Strange as it sounds - $1 Million doesn't really make you a Real Player in the Apartment arena in most situations.It could fit you into a number of Duplex - Fourplex projects!  

Kind of strange when the house next to me had sold a month earlier for 326k and was a much smaller home.
