I've seen an overwhelming amount of utterly freakish craziness up close and personal, and I can confidently bear witness that white people always end up being the freakiest freaks of all.

It's super user friendly for both tenants and staff!

I see this with the crowd funders that grew too quick ( realty shares comes to mind)  and did not have enough support staff to communicate with their investors and that leads to internet chatter most of it not good and it can spiral out of control..

I'm not sure how you can maintain a scaled and properly trained staff this way, but they're certainly trying.

They daisy chain everything, lie, and that is the overwhelming majority.Of course wholesaling should need a license since you are doing transactions of hundreds of thousands of dollars of real estate.
