Holding properties in your own name screams mom and pop to me and an LLC says business professional.

It is fine as long as the market is screaming up in value, but when demand drops, the numbers don't work.

Seriously, it's horrific, the negative performance numbers are giant becomes screaming "run away, run away". 

Would there be something that jumps out at you that screams "WARNING!

There are better deals to be had in midland & there could be some screaming deals in about six months if you keep your powder dry. 

Nothing screams ‘good deal!!’

But your overall attitude (especially your response to Carl) & approach scream "fast to blame others" and "difficult person, not worth the money, next".

I am mulling over the possibility of freeing up as much cash as possible in case of some Screaming deals come available.

They have been the tech leader of the STR platform pack for the past decade, but with this mess they have created, sending hosts screaming into the arms of the other platforms, that position is ripe for the taking.

But I hate taxes enough myself that I'd go kicking and screaming rather than write that big tax check.
