Please, can someone help me with information on getting an agent (Group home center) to rent my house to in Maryland. 

I was told by my agent that I need to get the tenant out because it would be easier to sell.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I can provide support of checking in on contractors, staging rental properties, walk potential leads to give you an idea of the property in person or what the area is like, meeting with agents, and drafting scope of work for projects. 

Obviously, if you are just looking for LTR's there is a bit less risk there.If you're going to do it, make sure to fully vet your team tooth and comb and ensure they have a reputation worth something to them.

Do you have recommendation on Agent who can do this?

I have heard the name of one of the founders mentioned in the past and they had a good reputation.

Growing your network for you with investor-friendly agents will be the best thing to do for you.

for me it was income potential of earning commissions instead of salary.so at 18 I got my RE license.. and while it was a bit of a chore getting going as it is for most agents..
