Tenant Turner doesn't integrate with video monitoring and their questionnaire to prescreen showings disqualifies for service animals for any pet restrictions, I think I remember.  

Just remember: most negative reviews are written by problematic tenants.

In the future, if you're a landlord, remember that these are your customers and try to approach your business from that perspective.
