Most propane suppliers will offer a discount if you purchase your own tanks outright, I save around $1.00 per gallon.

I just recently closed on a BRRRR for my client that was $185k purchase price, $25k rehab, and $265k ARV.

Not sure about FL, but many places don't publicly list the purchase amounts, so tough to know what they sold for. 

The purchase price of this property was only $170K. 

I am looking into purchasing a second (vacation) home and would love to hear your thought on the pros and cons of going a conventional 30-year second mortgage vs. using a HELOC or Home Equity Loan on my Primary Residence to purchase the second home outright.
