You just need to know who is foreclosing here.....I would assume a notice of sale would identify the foreclosing party.....I don’t know, all our foreclosures are judicial, the plaintiff is clearly identified in published notices.

I’m looking for a service or website that scrapes all the relevant data (date of deed, original loan amount, address etc) from forclosure notices when they’re published in my area, and then turns that data into a 1 page “cheat sheet” for each property.

It does not match the stats that Forbes published for 2016.I also have not seen the statistics showing that any significant portion of billionaires have made their wealth through public purchased stock (stock not associated with their entrepreneur business).
