She said that her son uses it for occupational therapy.  

Medicaid now only pays for services, like caseworker support, therapy, maybe transportation, etc.

I had created my own therapy site but soon realized that I was getting 99% of my referrals through Psychology Today.

I would definitely suggest meeting up with members in the area - even if they know less than you, it serves as good "therapy" to get your ideas out and share your thoughts with someone that has the same mindset as you.

It's a tough situation with the changing world of therapy animals as well (therapy Boa constrictor, perhaps?).

This reply went longer than I intended, but I find myself thinking about this stuff constantly these days...maybe there is some amount of therapy in writing it down...maybe this is the start my business plan...lolI certainly appreciate your post and the thought provoking ideas you have given me.If there is ever anything I can do for you please let me know, and I will give my best efforts!

"Notes" Well she must have had this "thing against someone trying to do better than her" and she made my life miserable...making me work odd rotational hoursI As a mental health counselor you can not defocus from your psychiatric patients...and reports always needed to be in on time.I experienced a "rush" sort off; I do not know if you can identify with this addiction; yes i would then go for free to all these events and there would be featured speakers; What i did observe was people rushing to the back of the room to "buy packages."

Study some of the pet cases, for "therapy animals," because they DO count.
