@Danny Lyu  If you're getting 10% down on that loan product, I would definitely do that and just close in your personal name. 

But with this being a 5 unit multi-family building most lenders do not offer a loan product that will take the STR revenue into account. 

In my area there are a few small regional banks that have competitive DSCR products.

And it most likely will.There are some loan products available for low downpayment if you are willing to do a live and flip situation. 

I really like this and I will follow it.One last comment, if I want to focus on finding deals, what are the most efficient/productive ways to find them?
