How do I instill confidence rather than fear of failure in a sense?

We pivoted from houses (DUH) out of fear that the world was ending.

I have no fears in getting a bank approval, and it down payment is not an issue either.

Or you’re going to charge market rates making it worth nothing to the tenants except complications and the fear they are being ripped off. 

I fear something will go wrong if I try to do that myself. 

My fear is not being able to find good tenants in a reasonable time frame.

Mitchell Bernier I think rates will fall faster than people think, I think when Jan 2023 hits we will see massive layoff's, FED pivot, BIG recession fears and the 10 year T will drop.

If your fear is on a 30 year time horizon, then your lens should also equally look at the potential upside down the road over 30 years. 

This thread has instilled the fear of gov (like fear of God, but with the government) regarding being audited.I think I understand what activities count towards REPS hours once I own a property.As a followup to Becca's post above, I am looking for clarity on activities specific to a property before I close its purchase.
