The type (and location) matter a lot but as a general trend vacant Land sales have definitely been slowing down as of late.We have dozens of properties at a time up for sale across multiple states and we spend a healthy amount of money on our Dispo advertising.

I don't advertise on Craigslist and FB marketplace-I rely on word of mouth so people know before they come to my house they WILL be tested multiple times a week and WILL have to go to AA meetings, do their chores and be a TEAM player with the rest of the house.

Big difference It’s like seeing an ad pop up on google that says Google sponsored ad - it doesn’t mean Google recommends them it means they are paying GoogleThe same holds true for self directed ira custodians and others who may have on their website some names “sponsors” - a sponsor isan organization that pays a fee in return for advertising.
