I did not see it with a preliminary search

But preliminary information relayed from the home inspection is "possible" foundation issues. 

Preliminary numbers look like $1350-1400 all in including (P&I,Escrow,HOA) with $100-110,000 cashed out.

I am in my preliminary search phase but these questions kept popping up in my head and I didn’t know a better source of knowledge than the bigger pockets community.Any help on this topic is appreciated!

Either way you'll receive preliminary figures on a settlement statement. 

Build a sample deal package, take it to lenders, get preliminary approval and establish a relationship.

We then used our contacts to do a preliminary title check on those properties. 

I do not have a general contractor yet so I am not quite sure how much to expect as far as the remodel work goes as there are some significant changes I am making, adding sq. ft moving kitchen, bathrooms, exterior walls, removing interior walls, new roof plan etc. in addition to the usual new texture, flooring, paint job etc.Unless the preliminary plan is done, there is no way general contractors can bid on it but at the same time this being my first rodeo I have no clue how much to expect in this circumstances.

One problem is that sewer line easements are unlikely to show up on the preliminary title report of the property they benefit.
