In fact we have been probably costing ourselves money that cut into that ever precious bottom line and we didn't even consider that it was something we could change.

For 7-10% of the monthly gross rent ($70-120 per unit) the manager isn't going to waste precious time training the residents to understand better to prevent rule violations.

Everyday it seems that I discover another precious jewel.

It's a shot in the dark, but doesn't hurt to ask if there is anyone on this site in gemstone or jewelry business in US, Thailand or Hong Kong?

Time is precious and most of us cannot waste it, which is why people will pay for courses. 

I mean we spent hours together and anyone that knows houses there are a million little things that need to be fixed and without the right guidance you can lose precious time; like daily trips to Home Depot and Lowes.
