Have an exit strategy.Slow and steady wins the race.I praise Joe for his many years of success and for sharing his story.But alas, the video is very much like any other flip this house show.All the numbers are simply not shown, kinda like the unemployment data, but that's a topic for another forum

This in turn will keep the tenants happy who will praise the management company for the good rental.

I learned a lot but after years of education prior I followed what I learned and the process went rather smoothly and got my first dose of cleaning up the ugliest house in the neighborhood and getting praise from the neighbors for making it the nicest.

They always rush through a closing if I need them to.More than anything else, the little things like giving praise for a job well done, and thanking people for their service to our business goes way further than you might imagine in today's world.In short, how you add value depends on what the person you are adding value for needs.Find out what they need specifically, and do that! 

So that praise on someone local that I may possibly reach out to later is an asset to me and is much appreciated!

I see alot of people slamming Crest Core on BP here, and while I have referred clients to them over the years(I have no financial interest in that company, fyi) some have had a great experience - a local client of mine LOVES them and sings their praises - and others have had experiences which vary.
