*I had someone apply for my rental but there were two fraud alerts that popped up on one adult, 2 collections and 4 late payments on the other though the credit score is 725.

Forget all that making it pop crap or shiny sheens leftover from ten years ago.

not sure they are a scam but I can tell you there are tons of scammers that troll that site from what I saw when I popped on.
