If there is evidence of intentional destruction of the property, you can call local police authorities, but in my experience, they do not get involved in any situation that "smell" of civil action; they will simply tell you that it is a civil matter.

I was not able to sue because lawyers thought he would be uncollectable and the county prosecutor's office stated that since it was a breach of contract it was not a civil matter.

There have been complaints filed by multiple parties. having been a broker for many decades and owning 3 brokerages over the years.. at least out this way when complaints come into the DRE and they are numerous they will most certainly send an investigator to this companies office and request the books.

Likely.If you don't have the time to respond in your voice, based on your own experience, you probably shouldn't spend time in the forums just to say welcome only, cut and paste, or use AI.I await the first "Who made you the forum police?"
