Talk to your agent to get a little more information about this.I agree that if the unit is not permitted to be rented on its own, then it's probably best that you don't rent on any platform illegally.However, if you are able to allow access to the main part of the house, you may be able to rent the space as a room in a home depending on local laws and ordinances.

I don't get why so many folks forget about the one of the oldest listing platforms around.

I do agree with everyone here that their customer service is by far the best I have ever had comparing to any other online investment platform.

In my mind a condo will provide me:-CAPEX is controlled by HOA (I only have to pay, not dedicate time)-Low down payment-Cheap financing paymentI plan to live there for 3-5 years and after could expect a NIAF around ($200).
