You need him out ASAP or squatter starts removing the copper pipe, the mantle, the stove, the HVAC is probably gone.

The only thing that occurs to me is to check the pipe under the sidewalk that goes from the meter to our shutoff valve.  

We decided to buy up to the bigger 4/3 fixer house in the cornfields, and the leaky pipes (and now 4 kids total!)

Anyone a horror story about Carson or any other note Guru's fraud & theft, please start a fresh thread with as much info as possible, as the more seperate threads will counter his pedal to the metal continuation of his quest for more victims...

If he tries to claim replacement is necessary, charge you an exorbitant amount, or charge you for the entire door, you'll have a professional estimate to counter his claim.

Because I run a business and Uncle Sam is up my tail-pipe with a microscpe BUT also because the state and commerce dept/ require great records to assure our client's are being fairly treated and legally served.

If your competition has granite counter tops, you need granite.

You may have put in granite counters when the other homes have laminate which makes yours more expensive but not desirable for the area.
