I’ve considered multifamily or duplexes, but from what I’ve heard, they’re unideal right now, so I’m leaning towards STRs.I’ve put together a list of areas that seem STR-friendly with good tourism appeal, and I’d love to get feedback from people who know the San Antonio market well.

People have already moving to the Surprise/303 area in recent years.

Hi I'm gege new to the site starting the Wholesale investment and need help finding seller, where should I brand myself is there an email pitch or a call pitch I can send to seller, like people in foreclosure, or bankruptcy, or late payment and where will I get the ARV, Repair Value, Offer The price that you need to get it under contract for and  where do I get the contract form and if I get a seller and a buyer how do I get a legal person to handle all the paper work for closing.

Would it be better to stay in San Antonio and network with people in San Antonio?

Yes, I have investors actively buying STRS on O'ahu at this time and they are planning to make money off of these investments.  2.  

They go to big multifamily conferences and recruit people that are aspiring real estate syndicators to join them. 

I'd be happy to show you around the calculators, I have seen people use the calculator results to bring to meetups and try to raise funds that way 

No active projects yet, but I’m gearing up to dive into multifamily properties, ideally 16+ units, with a focus on creative financing and NOI optimization.

Either way, there are several people who make this work all the time.
