Not so much, I think it is their self described "band of scrappy bankers and engineers" actually just trying to create a white label service where the QI has no liability and no effort to expend other than holding the money in some account doing heaven only knows what to make their profit.

In the amount of time it takes to lick and stick a paper check in the mail, I would have fixed it (and connected with my tenants, which I like) while doing it.I saved myself $1200 the other day before lunch.  

My understanding is that I do not need to use the Buyer's title company and can choose my own to prepare my seller papers.

In terms of color scheme, we kept it simple with largely white trims, white quartz countertop, and black hardware/fixtures with a hint of gold on our pendant lighting.One other thing you may notice is this is a fully electric house.

We found a great opportunity for a home in an appreciating area, and on paper the numbers work.

The issue is if you do not know how to read it or understand it, it could be written on toilet paper and be worth that value based on how the owner does their books. 

The borrower outlines there plan and dates and it is set up with the LOE in the file but in most cases where the bank holds the paper/loan its sent to the credit committee for the final approval and we close. 

Everything sounds legit and looks good on paper, but...I wonder if anyone hear has heard of them or has been a part of the training.

More time/paper/brain burden than financing with a local bank.Seller needs to have better documentation and cleaner books generally.

Now the listing agent looks like he can't bring in any serious offers to the seller.Another version of this is the offer comes in verbally, then when it comes time to put it in writing the buyer has expensive or unrealistic contingencies.It only takes a few minutes to write up a contract.A verbal offer is worth the paper its printed on.
