Of course everything is in flux with the pandemic and eviction moratoriums which vary from state to state but there’s also programs to provide your tenants with rental assistance which  neither they nor you know about.I was able to get a check for six months rent due to my tenant being out of work as a bartender from the local housing authority.So my meta point is do the research and learn real time.
