The largest residential REIA group in the area is DIG  (Diversified Real Estate Investor Group | Real Estate Education in Bucks County, PA (digonline.org)) - I would go there to investigate the meeting schedules and locations as they have many opportunities to network and connect.

I’m currently flipping an older brick single family home in central PA - 2700 sq ft, 4 BR 2.5 BA with ARV around $290,000 which is fairly high in my area.

Through my marketing I have been getting more deals in Delaware County, PA.  

Upstate PA somehwere, must be near hunting or fishing resorts or skiiing. 

Have you done any deals lending in the Ohio or Pennsylvania markets?  

@Alicia Marks I own three long distance condos in Charlotte NC and a single family rental in PA.

I'm happy to help even though I'm not licensed in PA the underwriting guidelines are going to be basically the same from lender to lender. 

This will not affect me.I am able to do this because I live in Pennsylvania, in Allegheny County, where we have both a local court records system and a statewide judicial portal that gives us info on every eviction carried out in the Commonwealth.
