The largest residential REIA group in the area is DIG (Diversified Real Estate Investor Group | Real Estate Education in Bucks County, PA (digonline.org)) - I would go there to investigate the meeting schedules and locations as they have many opportunities to network and connect.

This will not affect me.I am able to do this because I live in Pennsylvania, in Allegheny County, where we have both a local court records system and a statewide judicial portal that gives us info on every eviction carried out in the Commonwealth.
