I have the same goals as well and would be awesome to see if theres any way either of us can help each other with our investing goals!

Someone started bushhogging and surveying two parcels beside each other a couple of days ago (one of them being the one I have the tax deed for).

I can see many people's recommendations in the other thread being focused on house hacking, which makes sense to me. 

If I don't do any of these courses, any other resources someone suggests for help in getting started on arbitrage? 

Your actual property taxes alone on that will be over $10K a year in 2025 and don't forget about that supplement tax headed your way.I would suggest keeping the others and maybe changing to LTR if that will give you consistent cash flows.

My primary is a 2-family also and I use turbo tax for that and my other rentals. 

We own 3 other rental properties that have a 6.5%-7.5% APR, and no credit card debt or any other high interest debt to pay off.

There is also a ton of different financing strategies available other than your conventional mortgages.

This platform on Bigger Pockets is a great source of information where you can ask questions and also learn from other investor questions.
