You can then finance your down payment.You can use a Partitioned Note (which I have mentioned before, but no one seems to be catching on to) where one note is made in several parts of principal that can use different amortizations so that you make contributions to principal in the earlier periods....legal in all 50 states.You can structure the same thing in any installment agreements as well, Sub-2, Contract For Deeds or L/Os, as such may be allowed in your area.Without knowing what a specific deal might be, speculation would just get wild and crazy.

If the tenant has been there longer than 12 consecutive months you need to give a 60 day notice.Most LL have tenants with a 12 month lease which means at the renewal date the6 need to give notice 30 days proper or if they continue over the 12 months then it’s 60 days.Tenant os only required to give 30 days notice to terminate ( again this is assuming a month to month tenancy)
