My names Sebastien and I'm 24 years old looking to jump start my career into rei.

I have good record keeping although a bit old fashioned (journal w/hrs, mileage, receipts).No LLC although we are considering with the 3rd rental on board.Would be interested in hearing from CPA's who might fit our needs.  

I get asked all the time, what can I do with $10k and my answer is "save more"  At least in my world of buy and hold $10k is not going to do much.  

It would never be someones first foray into the financing world.

I prefer Old Brooklyn, Cleveland heights, Euclid, edgewater, etc. 

I want to ask the age-old question of whether or not it makes sense for me to get a license to sell real estate in Georgia.  

Your background as an electrician and experience in general contracting and project management will be incredibly valuable in the real estate world.
