Even my debit cards are in the names of my LLC's.Everything is held in trusts with the beneficiary as either a LLC or another trust (maybe an offshore one??)

Either self-manage like many on here do, or hire an inexpensive offshore PM who works US hours & speaks eloquent English (that’s what I do).

Mark, have you ever had any issues with off shore PM?

I'm seeing a lot of people open up offshore llc's now a days especially Texas residents as there are direct flights straight to areas like Belize city.

I am interested in getting some opinions about offshore LLC's.   

Even though I am in and out of the deal I am concerned that the end buyer ( usually CA or off shore) gets a fair shake.

Because I have literally done most if not every type of real estate from construction, land, multi-unit, small hotel, raising capital for off shore to traditional and most common investment property my background with how much to put into a deal and how to do it with for the largest return on investment for short term and long term are crucial.
