Starting in investment real estate, especially with a focus on student rentals, can be a rewarding endeavor. 

There are numerous lenders who could get this deal done, assuming the financials check out, if they are already built and have tenants occupying them.

We are fortunate that land development is something we've been doing for several decades, but each site presents its own challenges and rewards.
