Phoenix already recycles a lot of waste water, but most of it is used for cooling the Palo Verde nuclear power plant to the west of the city, the largest in the US and the only one of it’s kind not located on a body of water.

For all we know it could be a "nuclear winter" this Q4....

Other areas of King County are either just as hot, almost as hot or even hotter :-)For instance, Bellevue is nuclear-furnace white hot while Shoreline is "just" hot.  

I've heard that close to the Nuclear plant property taxes are very low, which is a huge plus when owning buy and hold. 

There's also some major manufacturing, cyber command, and nuclear energy that add a ton of jobs and renters to the mix.

Our tax dollars are being taken and put into lobbying firms who are funding BLM who are openly stating they are attempting to destroy the idea of the nuclear family and capitalism as it stands.
