I was stuck with negative cash flow and not enough equity. 

There are always negative people and there are people who think you just got lucky, well, they are not completely wrong.

I only ask because the main purpose of an LLC is legal protection, and if you don't have a large amount of assets to protect, say less than $1M...you may be putting the cart before the house, and it may make more sense for you to focus more on finding and closing more deals.

No negative action however ridiculous was not stifled, instead it was declared the system need conform to facilitate there whims however ridiculous. 

My story, with 1/1000th his wealth (or less.) builds on Jay’s idea of zero debt (I only have a dozen homes worth mid to high 7 figures, but I owe zero.), along with his idea of where you come from and your life experience determines what you need to feel like you couldn’t spend all your money without wasting it.

The team is very transparent and responsive.In short, I have nothing negative to say and am overall pleased with the responsiveness.

Just a small update, I've gotten some great feedback from you all, gotten some bluntness, I've gotten some positive comments, and I've gotten some negative comments.I've taken everyones advice and went gungho.
