Unfortunately Good Cause Eviction passed last night in the city of Rochester, NY.I want to thank Council Members Lashay Harris and Michael Patterson for doing the right thing and voting “NO” on this largely performative legislation…that will only TEMPORARILY protect a small handful of city residents living in EXTREME under market rental units…But it will have broad and adverse negative consequences for the WHOLE community.

I for one would dislike being pushed into a box, I'd prefer to choose my own stuff...and it really ain't that hard.Interesting concept though, I just do not see the value for a veteran Contractor or Imvestor.I'd ask for references before using them...

Tenant took photos and videos but nothing detailed - a single shot or two of a room from the entrance, so is saying fridge was fine, normal wear etc Next - If we are being nice and deducting ‘portions’ of the charges and tenant continues to grind away, or this goes to court, do the compromise and smaller amounts offered negate the full amounts that could have been charged
