Full scale renovation interior including; insulation, sheetrock, texture, paint, flooring, trim, new doors, T&G pine in office/sitting area, new cabinets, new electrical and plumbing fixtures, new water heater and furnace, cleaned out paneling from basement and redid wiring and water lines with pex.

All that BRRRR, and financing this and that.... here is my take on that.If you have a 2 horsepower car it will remain a 2 horse power care no matter if you put a friggin pine scented ... thingie in it.It starts with getting motivated sellers and a lot of them!

While driving for dollars, came across a property that never has a car there, grass is way higher and there’s pine straw and leaves covering the driveway and roof.
