Granted we only have 17 but still, I’ve never used anything except a simple excel spreadsheet and all my rental properties have a separate savings account under my main account at my local bank.

What I find to be most valuable: Ease of use, cost-savings and efficiency and here's what I mean: If using an interior designer to furnish your rental, they will hand you a list of supplies + furniture to buy and what I was able to do with Minoan is upload that list as a CSV file and then they come back with a quote of all of the items they can fulfill along with their respective discount. 

It is clear from the interview that their main skill set is raising money and they partner with other "Co-GPs" who focus on the operations. 

Anywhere that has consistent or slightly growing population and a decent job supply may be a good fit.

I believe I can do this with the upstairs rented out at $1,650 a month and $1,750 for the main floor unit. 3bed 2bath down and 3bed 1bath up.

The main reason I decided to sell rather than hold was the rising interest rates.

My husband and I are investors and own 11 properties throughout NH and Southern Maine, 4 of them in Manchester.
