How much extra work will this provide, what will the bill rate of that work be, how much of that bill rate goes to repay the equipment, what is the life-cycle and maintenance costs of the equipment.

Well it would seem then if you buy in a really suspect area to get a higher return then go ahead and build in a security cost as part of the rehab.When I sell vacant apartment buildings the buyers put in the cost of having 24 hour security and a fence around the property during rehab.http://www.vpspecialists.com/property-lifecycle/It's cheaper and causes less damage and saves time over taking a chance the property will get broken into.Thieves like to slither around so if you have good outside lighting that will help as well.

Often there are penalties/fees for pulling out or cashing out earlier than the invest is designed for, so make sure the monies can stay in the vehicle for the life cycle of the investment to maximize the return.

I had to scramble and made a bunch of calls before a 24 hour plumber picked up and he said he would be there in an hour.The house was built in 1962, so the original sewage line was probably a clay line and it’s life cycle was coming to an end, as it took the plumber 2 hours just to clean out all the roots that were causing the backup.I didn’t get home until 2AM.The condition of the sewage line was so bad, that I had to get it re-piped for ANOTHER $3000.
