I should put some catchy key words in my post I guess, like potential squatters, bad tenants, amazing deal, unbelievable, epic, cash cow, etc. :)

I'm sure your bump of the keyword just alerted more than one BP member who works in that massive facility.  

I don't have references for you yet, but something I can suggest is to set up your keywords for things your interested in, but try not to be too vague.
