Hello, I am currently about to sign off on a number of assignable lease option agreements, my marketing system has worked almost too well because now I am stuck trying to juggle about 10 potential deals.

I have plenty of time to listen and learn while I work but outside that I'm juggling kids all day and their schedules.

It would be too costly to completely go this route especially juggling work and a family however I feel this could be a great first step into learning the ropes and getting your feet wet.

It kinda depends on your tolerance for dealing with the uncertainty and how many belongings you need to juggle.
